The PRG Classic Golf Day, on Thursday 14 March 2024, was once again a stunning success, with clear sunny skies and breathtaking pink and purple mountains as the backdrop.
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the 4-Ball Better Ball Stableford competition, which saw Old Boys Francois and Andreas Dercksen take home the coveted first place. Old Boys Morné Potgieter and Howick Oosthuizen came in a close second.
Sune Botha and Liezet Basson were the winners of the ladies’ team category.
The winners of the Nearest to the Pin competition were Mark van Niekerk, Dale Good, Wilhelm Kruger, and Morné Potgieter. Antonie Jacobs and Hugo Fourie won the Longest Drive competition on Tee 5 and Tee 12, respectively.
