Pieter du Toit, wat al diep spore in die joernalistiek getrap het, is aangewys as uitvoerende redakteur van HuffPost SA van 1 Julie 2017. Hy was voorheen adjunk-redakteur van dié nuusblogwerf. Pieter is ook bekend as politieke kommentator op radio en televisie en was al by verskeie publikasies van Media24 werksaam, onder meer as nuusredakteur van Beeld en adjunk-redakteur van Huisgenoot
